Yellow Jackets shut out Ashland 7-0, advance to regional semifinal The Perrysburg girls soccer team remained perfect with a 7-0 victory Saturday against Ashland, capturing the Division I district championship. With the win, the Yellow Jackets face Northern Lakes League foe Anthony Wayne in the regional semifinal. That game will be played at Bowling Green State University’s Cochrane Stadium at 7 p.m. on Wednesday. They beat every team that they played this season. That’s right, every team that dared to take on the Yellow Jackets, including capturing a 4-0 win over Clay on Tuesday in a Division I district semifinal match. And 13 of those games were shut-outs.
