FINDLAY – Sarah Baer scored a game-high 15 points Saturday to lead the Yellow Jackets to a 51-33 victory over Ashland to claim their second straight Division I district championship and fifth in the past six seasons. Lindy DeLong and Alexx Brown scored 12 points apiece for the Yellow Jackets (23-1). Perrysburg will face Notre Dame in a regional semifinal on Tuesday at Central Catholic in Toledo. Sarah Baer and Allex Brown each recorded double-doubles in the district semifinal at Otsego. Baer finished with 24 points and 11 rebounds. Brown had 22 points and 11 rebounds.
